Alkyl Keten Dimer, AKD Wax, (according to the C18 content, it can be named AKD1840, AKD1865, AKD1895), it is well used as paper sizing agent.

1. Specification and index:

purity: 91%min(top grade), 88%(national grade).

melting point: 44.5-50 °C

lodine value(g12/100g): 43-47

acid value(mgKOH/g): 2-5

appearance: light yellow flakes or pellets.

2. Usage

The product consists of a higher fatty acid (C≥12) by acylation, and dehydrochlorination made AKD, this product as AKD, neutral sizing agent of the original powder used in the manufacture of pulp neutral sizing agent emulsion.

3. Package and delivery time
